My hotel experience was truly amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bed in the room was comfortable and clean. Hair and bath towels were provided. There was a secure storage area under the beds, which is very safe if you bring a padlock with you. Using the hotel's common area was very enjoyable. The hotel’s location, being right next to the metro and close to an Albert Heijn, definitely deserves extra points. I’m sure I’ll stay here again on my next trip to Amsterdam. For this reason, I give it a 10/10.

Everything is good except the super loudy fan in the room. I talked a front desk guy he said we do nothing about that. The air conditioner fan never shut down and works forever with that annoying noise. I just wanted to change my room if there is another quiter one!

The beds are super soft, everything is very clean, there's great atmosphere, and friendly staff. Conveniently located next to the metro, bus and tram station, plus grocery markets near by. As a 50+ traveler I enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!!

The stay and process is seamless . The staff at the front desk is very accommodating as well as friendly too. The toilet is clean and the beds are just enough. Would probably recommend this to other friends who love to travel and wants to spends not much miney.

Overall, I had a positive experience with attentive service. However, there was a noticeable odor in the room, possibly due to poor ventilation. Addressing this would greatly improve the overall comfort. There are USB chargers and nightlights

Well the view from the 6th floor was super good during the day and the night Super close to the Amstelstation which is a good thing for the transport part The room was clean but without windows which was a bit annoying since the room is shared and we need to refresh the air. Overall it is a good experience and I do recommend it ^^

Clean tidy very neer to train and metro and busses neer a big supernarket and bikes rental The recieptionts all are really really very good Especialy justin she is always smiling Every day tge cleaning is done with clean towels there is also a kitchen a washing machine dryer you can cook wash yr clothes

This is my second time using this hostel. It is very clean, welcoming and has great facilities. It is also in a great location, it is a very easy walk into the centre up the Amstel river. I’d recommend to anyone wanting to visit Amsterdam and I would come again.
