The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The surrounding area is great, and you can walk to several attractions. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant ambiance was pleasant.

I previously stayed in a river-view room, but it wasn't available when I extended my stay, so I spent two nights in this room type. The window faces the elevator in the atrium, which compromises privacy, and it's a sealed window, so the air felt a bit stale. Love the location, a short walk from the tram station right by the canal, quiet yet close (walking distance) to everywhere.
Didn’t have much interactions with the staffs and on the occasion that I did, the staff helped with my issue though, wasn’t friendly or smiling.
I booked a garden room and requested one that was quiet and they delivered. Clean room and refilled the complimentary minibar everyday.

Love hotel n real value for money! Designed by Marcel Wanders it’s so stylish n functional. Soomin a Korean receptionist was the best, carried all our luggage which she didn’t have to. Best random act of kindness
