We felt very special and was treated very well! We got upgraded at no cost to an apartment type, 2 level
room which was very spacious, clean, safe, super comfortable stay! It was 5 minutes walk literally just across the Amsterdam Central station. Bars, pubs, shops and all things you may find interesting is just a stone away. Despite that being very close to a busy area, we felt safe, secured, and most importantly was able to rest very well at night. Had a veryyy good night sleep to recharge and explore Amsterdam, Zaandam, Zaanse Schans and was even able to experience the Amsterdam Christmas Market and Ice Village Museumplein. Highly Recommended
Place to stay! No second thoughts to stay and book here again once I am back in Amsterdam. 5 thumbs up!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The good thing in this hotel (hostel) only the location , my worst stay ever in my life I don’t suggest the ones who want to stay here to comfort themselves the price doesn’t deserve quarter of the price they ask but the staff are very kind expect the hotel scary

Nice view, yummy breakfast, just a bit complicated the entrance and exit with the luggage to a 4 floor without elevator, the stairs quite narrow!!

Only the location!
No water, no kettle with coffee or tea set, no slippers, not to mention a robe. Breakfast is mediocre. Very tired hotel that needs renovation.

The hotel is very close to the central station, and you can see the hotel from the station entrance. There were all handsome guys at the front desk of the hotel, especially the first gentleman with gray hair who saw that we were bringing our eldest son with us. He upgraded us to a suite for free and let us check in before 12 o'clock. Atmosphere and caring

Near the central station, spacious room with wide windows with beautiful city views, clean bathroom, delicious breakfast, easy check in, cold room, heating is not felt well
Steep stairs, no mineral water, noisy right under the window, many drunk people screaming and dancing because it's New Year, not a good place for families.

It was very nice because it was close to the central station. I was satisfied with the luggage storage service for a one-night stay in Belgium after my stay. The facilities were quite old, but it was good for a stay with friends. However, the noise between floors was too much. There was no electric pot in our room, which was very disappointing.
