Bed bugs that bit me. Had to leave and lost my whole day because I had to look for another hotel there was no other rooms , had to contact to get my refund and still waiting for them to give me the city tax back still hasn’t happened

I felt very satisfied during my time staying at this hotel.Their service is very good especially from the staff name Faysal.he is very helpful and friendly .the rooms are very clean ,very unique.thanks for giving me an unforgettable memory during my stay.cheers!

Room very small & no toilet in room so had to share. Waiting on refund as had to get more suitable accommodation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. And each room was very unique. It is a bit far from Amsterdam Central Station, so travelers should be careful.

No natural light in the room. Otherwise fun concept. Shared bathroom but they were clean and spacious.
