The money for the stay is not there. The room was ok, but the clean was not done proper. They let us 2 days with no soap and in the last night wirhout shampoo and napkins. The stairs to the room was very abrupt and the windows were not prepared for oppening one was broken one is very difficult to opn do to the courtain. One above the other for more of two hundreed euro per night with no brakfast and no facilities is not the best deal in staying. The zone was ok evan if is 20 min walking into the center zone.

It was a nice, clean and enjoyable hotel, we were very satisfied, I don't know if it's ridiculous, but I was looking for a hair conditioner and bathroom slippers, other than that everything was perfect. İf l can come back to Amsterdam sure l can stay here agein

The good news is that the staff was as helpful as possible, given the limitations of the property. And the location is excellent, steps away from tram lines and an easy walk to the city's magnificent museums and concert hall. The bad news--and there's quite a bit of it-- is that this is a terribly uncomfortable property, furnished more like a college dorm than a three-star hotel (as it bills itself) with no lift, no air conditioning, no breakfast and no screens in the windows to keep out the mosquitos. Climbing up to our "suite" on the third floor provided us with our daily work-out, and our bedroom accommodations--a claustrophobic sleeping loft--required additional trips up and down rickety ladder-like stairs with only a single handrail. All in all, prospective guests should be aware that they are signing up for a very spartan (but nonetheless expensive) hotel experience.

Worst hotel in Amsterdam! We checked into room 14! The room, stunk of smoke and dirty smoked fish from the restaurant below! We asked to move to another room and they wanted us to pay €76. This is totally unacceptable. The man on reception would not help us I’m very sarcastic. No refund was given and we checked out. Could not stand the smell of fish in our clothes! Avoid at all costs! One of the worst hotels ever stayed in in my life

Everything was absolutely fine, a few bad reviews nearly put me off, no complaints whatsoever. Great location near tram. Staff very helpful- had to ask how to put TV on- they also made up sofa bed for us.
