It was a bit of a walk from the station, so it was tough. If you are not confident in walking, I think it would be convenient to use a drum. The room was average.

I came to book place for my brain damage friend who left hospital today. The receptionist was very ruth and she started naking problems. After i came with card to pay she send me bakc and again, when i finaly brought my friend she said there is no more place.

6 of us stayed in 3 bunk beds for 2 nights Beds are ok, room is an average size although can feel small when all 6 are lounging around. We paid just over £45pp per night, cheap enough but for me not worth it!! Very noisy on Saturday evening, with a group of young people playing loud music until about midnight, so not ideal for those looking for a quiet night in. A lady on reception (unsure of her name) was very friendly and chatty, unlike the cleaner who tried accusing us of breaking things, and seemed like she just didn’t want to be there. Very abrupt and nasty. Stairs are very steep!!! So not great for those with any mobility issues. Location is great!!

Terrible place, the owner is not very helpful either. Do your self a favor and don't stay here unless you're desperate or it's free. Even then, consider a park bench or on a street or alley or public park or train station. You've been warned !!!!!!

Coming back to our room at 9pm to find someone fixing the water heater which is apparently kept in our room. To IBH this is fine and standard procedure. "it only happens a few times a year" that's great for everyone that isn't inconvenienced - but that wasn't us. We were made to believe we were being unreasonable to expect some level of discount on our room. There was also a puddle of water from the air conditioning on our floor which was just left to drip with no where to go. Ultimately left unimpressed with the general disregard to the frustrations we raised. Would not recommend.

THIEVES! THEY ARE THIEVES AND TREAT YOU VERY BADLY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They asked for a security deposit for your key and then go above and beyond to not give it back. I have emailed everyone called everyone and have not been able to solve this. Avoid at all costs !!!! Also, the guy at reception is the meanest person you could ever talk to.

i stayed in a room with abut 5 bunk beds. there was a long twin basin in the room which was modern there was a large seperate shower room easily adjusted for hot and a little seperate wc room nxt to it all equally modern there were plenty of 240v outlet points for phone charging. the rooms have their own chipped card entry you are given which also works the main front entrance. the bedding changes are supervised
