This hotel was dreadful, wasn’t anything like the pictures, blood on the sheets, asked to move room was even worse, more blood on another sheet, window wide open and didn’t close properly, nothing was clean would not recommend even for a 2*, have been denied a refund as couldn’t stay they had to find another hotel after travelling all day. I have emailed and no response utterly disappointed

The location is near to the city center.
The hotel is totally fine for the people who are not fussy.

Absolute nightmare to get to the top as there’s no proper elevator in 2025. Windows can’t shut, can’t shower due to a smoke alarm detector
Honestly needs to shut down and renovate.

Long long and incline stairs to reception ,
Toilet Flush problem, terrible
Midnight too noisy due to pub downstairs
And laughing and smoking smell all time( no air con)
So consider live in air con room is better in Amsterdam
One Lamp can’t switch on
