Amsterdam Hotels with Wi-Fi

The hotel is 5 mins walk from Amsterdam Centraal. The architecture is vintage and beautiful. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The spa facilities in the hotel are excellent. Overall I had an amazing experience and relaxing stay.

Very nice location, rooms are quite big, bed comfy. One thing I dislike however is that I was waken up at 9:00 Am by a cleaning lady entering the room, then again after I have confirmed the extra charge to stay in the room until 3pm (20eur/hour), they call me at 2pm and again knocked the door at 2:40 pm to remind me to check out, is there any communication issue in the hotel?

I had a very nice room facing the canal and the Rijks, with lots of light. Although it was a bit cold and the heating system was not working or the central heating was off. However, staff were nice enough to lend me radiator. They get very busy at reception and most times only one person is on shift so it gets quite slow to check-in/collect bags/pay food/etc — it also gets busy even if 2 people are attending. Some of the staff, when dropping luggage or collecting, where unfriendly. They forgot to clean my room even though I hanged the notice.

Firstly the hotel is located directly in front of a tram which was very convenient for moving around locally in town, the rooms are well maintained and very nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing, would recommend adding it to your reservation as food in Amsterdam is quite expensive. We were checked in by Youssef, who was so nice, helpful and accommodating to my friends and I. Overall a wonderful experience and great customer service

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the sauna and the delicious breakfast each morning. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Amsterdam. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel… nice room with luxury toiletries from L’ocitane. Free flow of coffee/tea, lemon-mint infused water and cookies + sweets. location is nearby to attraction places, restaurants, you can walk Amsterdam. Hotel gives us city map & suggestions activities and restaurants around the hotel.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel! It's in a pretty convenient location that's just a 13 minute walk away from a free ferry (that comes every 5 minutes or so) and gets you to Amsterdam Centraal within 3 minutes. The room (we had a queen + sofa bed combo) was decently sized, comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the included breakfast - cold cuts, hard-boiled eggs, breads/pastries of all kinds, and yogurt were the main options, and they were tasty; the area was also spacious and they had the food dispersed throughout, so even though it was busy at times, there wasn't really any wait ever. They also had a lovely library space in the lobby that was perfect for working or reading. Would absolutely stay again if we found ourselves back in the city!

Staff at the front desk are willing to help with a smile on their face. Very nice overall. The only bad thing is that the soundproof wasn’t so good. Can hear the neighbours easily.

The room was nice and spacious. The cleaning staff only changed the bed sheets and took out the trash, not our towels. The window in my room couldn't be closed tightly so the wind blew quite cold in the evening. The room didn't have a hair dryer as stated, I asked for a hair dryer at the reception but was told there were no available dryers at the moment. This was a bit disappointing.
