Our stay at this hotel in Capri was absolutely unforgettable. The property itself is unbelievably beautiful, every corner felt like a dream, with stunning views and elegant design that perfectly captured the magic of Capri. The service was outstanding from start to finish, making us feel truly pampered throughout our stay. A very special thanks to Gabriella, who went above and beyond to make our experience extra special - her warm hospitality made a real difference.
This is a true luxury hotel, offering not only world-class amenities but also a genuine sense of care and personalized service. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment, from relaxing by the beautiful pool to indulging in the delicious breakfast each morning. The hotel can arrange ferry pick-up and can also help you buy return tickets in advance. There will be staff to lead you to the ferry boarding point, which is very convenient.
The breakfast is also very good, with many choices and very rich. I like it very much.
It is suitable for a slow vacation here and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

CCarmenMeI think Bella's front desk colleagues are very good at at least giving me the information I expected. I paid for it when I checked out. This is what she deserves. The room is not very soundproof. The Europeans next door talk loudly and are very hyped! The aunt in the room is okay, but it's not polite to open the door directly in the morning. The guests who sleep in the room probably don't know what happened. The desserts in the restaurant are very delicious 😋 but only one person serves all the hotel's breakfast + clean up.

GGuest UserIn general, the island is still quite inconvenient, especially the town of Anacapri. You have to wait for the bus, and you don't know where the bus stop is when you first arrive. Buses abroad usually take a long time to wait. There is nothing fun at night. In fact, it is better to stay in Sorrento. Bussola is at least a hotel, and there are people serving at night. Soda is 2 euros a bottle, which is expensive. If it is a B&B, it will be even worse. The good thing is that you can really see the sea from their terrace! There are many beautiful imitation sculptures. There are no toiletries, no toothbrushes, and even no shampoo and shower gel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is strategically located. There is a bus stop at the door. You can take the car directly to Capri and go shopping with the pier. The front desk was polite and welcoming and the stay was fast. The room was clean and comfortable. The room is small and exquisite, with a terrace. Breakfast is simple.

GGuest UserThe hotel was just opening up for the new season (hence we knocked off a few points- the swimming pool and restaurant were just being done up ready in a couple of weeks ) and is easily accessible either by taxis or local bus, or walkable to the marina- lots of steps though!
The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and were extremely kind to drop us off at the Marina Grande to catch our ferry.
Our room had an amazing view- superb value for money; just for that view!! Breakfast was simple but an extensive buffet.
