We usually stayed at other hotel near Disneyland, but this time we picked Hilton and it was great!
Except for the pricing, location and service are good.
There is a shop on the left of the main entrance, and we got all food and drinks in that little shop.
Starbucks is also in the building but it was crowded.
This hotel is also very close to convention center, and it was very convenient for people who go to trade shows.
I will definitely come back if the price is reasonable.

This hotel is still under transformation. A bit inconvenience caused.
One day, I left out the hotel room around noon. I found my room had NOT been cleaned after l returned the hotel room at night. I called the front desk and learned that I should call the housekeeping before l went out. This was the first time I encountered such an unpleasant experience. The housekeeping SHOULD keep track of their duty list to clean the room. It’s not guests’ responsibility to report we left the room instead!
I did leave my feedback to the hotel and hope they could improve their customer service.

Stay far away. Hotel is falling apart. Rooms dirt and horribly dated. Good 20 min walk to the parks: a motel 6 would be be better. There are far nicer places to stay.

Everything was good, but the only downside was that my room didn’t have a mini fridge, the ac didn’t work. The bathroom was small, there was small bugs and the ceilings were low. My room felt like it was an extra room or a backroom.

I haven't get my deposit back until now almost 1 month!!!! Please give my deposit back !!!! The receptionist always said it will return to my account but not yet until now!!!!! They don't give any receipt for my deposit too!!! Don't steal my money hi hilton!!!

No fridge in the room. At check in the staff told me to pay again for the entire duration, i informed her i am very sure it was prepaid in advance and subsequently she admit it is a “system error”. Loud renovation noises everyday sometimes starting as early at 7am+! The lobby is extremely dusty and triggers my allergic rhintis. Suggest to highly avoid this hotel until renovations are completed.

We were at the last room of the entire floor. Room was big. The downside was it took forever to get running hot water for the shower. When I called the front desk to enquire, the attitude wasn’t pleasant and not helpful. I wouldn’t revisit again.
