Beautiful hotel, good service, very friendly staff, definitely recommended

My husband and I go every month for my husband's job, we stay for 4 nights, the hotel is clean, the sheets and pillows are spotless, you can sleep safely. The floor attendant Dilber Hanım asks if we need anything every day. The breakfast is open buffet and has a lot of variety, people do not prepare it like this in their own homes. It would be rude to ask for more anyway. I would like to thank Alibey, Sevgi Hanım for their attention and smiling faces, and I would like to thank our Manager Kayhan Bey, who is the heart of our hotel and who welcomed us like one of his family, thanks to him, we feel comfortable as if we came to our home. I recommend it to everyone, right next to the sea at the Anamurun pier ⁹

I really liked the hotel. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, always ready to help in any situation and take care of the tourist. To begin with, I booked a room in advance directly through the hotel’s e-mail, and the manager responded immediately and was in touch all the time via WhatsApp. Not everyone speaks English, but you can always find a common language! I am very grateful to all the hotel staff for their help. The hotel has its own parking lot, but only 4 (at most 5) cars fit there. The staff helps you park your car if everything around you is crowded. Sometimes there wasn't enough space and we had to park on nearby streets, but that's not a problem. The rooms are cozy and clean. Everything you need is there and works properly: shower, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator (only the refrigerator is connected to a general electrical network, which is turned on by the key; if you leave for the whole day and take your key, the refrigerator will turn off - so I don’t recommend it there leave something perishable). The bed is wide and comfortable. They clean well, but the only thing is that every time I had to catch the cleaning lady in the corridor and ask her to come in. If I left for the whole day, she simply did not come. Perhaps this is due to the fact that people usually stay here for 1-2 nights, but I stayed for two weeks. There is good Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel building (access points with separate passwords on each floor); Both the phone and the computer connect easily. The beach is really only half a minute walk! This is a public beach and not the hotel's own beach, so you have to cross the street, but that doesn't detract from the experience! The beach is completely sandy, the approach is also sandy and flat. There is a lot of free space: sun loungers from various cafes are closer to the road/park, and there remains an empty wide strip closer to the sea. I was there in August, but there were not many people. Breakfast is delicious: it's a buffet, there is always cheese, vegetables (fresh and pickled), fruits (different every day), eggs, breakfast cereals; brewed tea and boiling water (and separately dry sage), honey, jam; often baking; not always something meaty. There is always room in the dining room. It was a great vacation, I'm glad I chose this hotel!

We moved to this hotel after a bad apartment experience. The hotel has been renovated. We stayed for 3 nights. The reason we chose this hotel was its cleanliness. It met our expectations in terms of cleanliness. Both the sheets, towels and the general cleanliness of the room were in good condition. It is located right by the sea. When you leave the hotel, you can swim in the sea immediately. There is a contracted tea garden at the sea with sun loungers and umbrellas. They also serve food and beverages. Prices are good. A hotel where you can stay as a family. They do their best to make you feel at home. There is a lot of variety at breakfast and the breakfast is of good quality. There are nearly twenty varieties. The products are fresh, clean and of high quality. I would like to thank Ms. Selda for her caring approach and coffee. There are minor shortcomings, but their interest and approach make up for them. If I come to Anamura again, this is the hotel I will stay at again.
