About 18 mins walk from Anan JR Station. Decent hotel, room is compact. Comes with a public onsen at 2 level and is great to relax there. Breakfast is delicious and the happy hour from 3pm - 9 pm comes with free liquor and self made cocktail.

About 15 minutes walk from Anan station. There was a drug store and a business supermarket near the hotel, so it wasn't an inconvenient place. I felt that there were many construction-related customers. Not much different from other super hotels.
