Lovely, helpful staff. Incredible facilities and amazing food. Best swimming pool! An amazing stay - our second and we will be coming back again!! The grounds are beautiful, the wildlife incredible to watch. The bathroom was a particular highlight, especially the sunken bath.

Superb arrangement, with full coperation and smilling faces. My childreen enjoyed the stay. Swiming pool was very clean All thing are excellent.

Madhubhan is one of the best resorts in India. The place is quite huge and peaceful. You can blindly trust food quality and ingredients. Their food festivals on different regions of India and Sunday brunch are truly wonderful. And you have to experience Mango Sunday brunch in the season. They make really unique and delightful deserts too. Hospitality is top-notch. The whole staff is polite, friendly and courteous. I feel that the place is worth every rupee. Whatever you need, do not hesitate to ask!

We have recently stayed at Madhubhan for 4 days with family . We were impressed with efforts they put to make you comfortable. Hospitality , food and personal attention at Best .

Absolutely disappointing. Lack of warm guest relations. NOISY hotels despite no events. No hot water. Awful showers despite new renovations complete. Noisy staff without etiquette of guest privacy. The hotel managers need to be sent for refresher’s courses to see what a true 5 star and resort service should be.

I had a very bad experience dealing with this resort. I booked for 3 nights and I needed to change the dates and change it to 2 nights. I talked to the rep for over half an hour and she was unwilling to give me any refund saying that I can spend one night worth of money in food and spa while I am there, even when their resort policy is "The guest can cancel free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival. " and my booking is in Feb 2026. After arguing a lot, she said that I would need an Indian bank account number for that. What happens if someone does not have that? She said in that case, it would take over a month to get any refund. When I offered to give her the Indian account number, she was again hesitant to take down the details saying she was not at her desk, she will call me later (I am already dealing with this past midnight in the US). She first hung up. When I called her again, she said that she can't do the refund but it needs to be done by their accounts department. And accounts department in turn needs to take permission from their management. And all this is going to easily take 7 to 10 days. They are putting so much bureaucracy and red tape, which is totally unnecessary and are designed to give hassles to the customers. I finally asked for the cancellation of the entire reservation. I will simply go somewhere else. In short, they want to do anything to prevent you from getting a refund as per their own rules. They claim they are running a 5-star hotel, but their mentality is just like running a very cheap motel.
