Hotel já tem um custo elevado e ainda cobram 10% de taxa de serviço em cima do valor da diária…vista maravilhosa mas não compensa custo benefício

The hotel is in a great location, excellent breakfast with more than 10 different types of fruits, very nice and friendly staff and are room had a stunning view! There were 2 different beaches available for the guests: a wild beach with many turtle nests and a urban one.

Estou hospedado neste hotel e não recomendo. Estou em família com 4 pessoas e a descarga do quarto não funciona. Acionei a camareira e a recepção que resolveram de forma paliativa o problema. Solicitei uma solução definitiva mas me informaram não terem equipe de manutenção de plantão e que eu tenho que esperar o próximo dia. Solicitei mudar de quarto mas informaram estarem sem disponibilidade. Além disto, a experiência no restaurante tbm não foi tão boa. Fiz um pedido de pizza de beringela (constante no cardápio) e não tinha. Em diversos pontos do hotel, pode se ver pratos, talheres e garrafas utilizadas espalhados. É uma pena pois o local é mto bonito e tinha tudo para receber uma excelente avaliação. Esperava um melhor atendimento pelo preço que se paga.

O hotel é realmente muito bom estive em 2013 e voltei em Jan/24 tem uma vista inigualável, quartos impecáveis, limpeza interna 10, funcionários muito solícitos em todas as dependências, restaurante pizzaria muito bons, praias ótimas inclusive uma praticamente particular, mas pena que está em obras desde que conheci. Alguns pontos não agradaram dessa vez, um deles foi o fato de que o gramado próximo aos quartos parecia um campo minado pelos pet's, outro foi a circulação de um quadriciclo pelos jardins de Burle Marx o que deveria ser revisto pela gerência e faltam barras de apoio nos boxes, problemas que são de fácil solução. Ubu e o Hotel Pontal de Ubu tem tudo a ver para momentos prazerosos em família o retorno é certo no futuro.

Péssima organização, alguns amigos tiveram a reserva cancelada sem explicação e para refazer foram cobrados com diárias 2x mais caras! Como é uma festa de formatura, ou pagam a mais ou ficam fora da comemoração, o hotel está se aproveitando deste fato para exigir pagamento mais de algumas pessoas, se não tivéssemos pago todos cancelariamos, pessimo atendimento

Fizemos reserva em entre julho e agosto para encontro de turma e houve muita desorganização da administração. Muitas reservas se perderem e o hotel não manteve o valor inicialmente combinado com nossa turma na hora de remarcar as reservas perdidas. Decepcionante.

Fui ao hotel para um team building da empresa e fiquei encantado! O hotel é lindo, muito bem estruturado, limpo e com vista de 360º de toda a orla de Ubu. Não tenho um ponto negativo sequer para falar sobre minha experiência no Hotel Pontal de Ubu. Desde a recepção eu fui tratado com muita atenção e cuidado, inclusive com detalhes personalizados no quarto. Durante o café-da-manhã, almoço e jantar, um funcionário sempre vinha à minha mesa perguntar se tudo estava bem (e estava maravilhosamente bem!), com uma preocupação genuína de garantir que eu estaria aproveitando a experiência (e como estava!). Como se tratava de um evento corporativo, não tive toda a liberdade para poder aproveitar com calma as estruturas da piscina e praia, mas conseguia me imaginar deitado em uma espreguiçadeira e contemplando a natureza. Certamente voltarei ao hotel com a minha família para curtir um fim de semana. Resumo: IMPECÁVEL. Superou em muito minhas expectativas, que já eram altas. Recomendo!
