We stayed here on our way back home from Italy. Andermatt is nice small town and we like it to stay here overnight. The 3 Konige und Post is a bit outdated and the romm rates are high, compared to what you really get. Therefore better look for a local B&B. We had a room with no view and the breakfast was OK but not what you expect for 200+ EUR.

I just spent four nights in this hotel, which was recommended by my travel agent, and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Andermatt. The hotel is centrally located in the village and my room was large and renovated, with a balcony and a beautiful view of the river, the mountain and a lovely church. I loved the soothing sound of the river. Best of all was the friendly and professional reception staff, Luca and Deborah, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Thank you!

This hotel came under new management around a year ago, and lots of (good) changes since then it seems. Generally refreshed & redecorated. We stayed in the family apartment on the top floor. Big and spacious, with kitchen. Has not been redecorated, unlike much of the rest of the hotel, and decidedly dated. But immaculately clean. Restaurant was excellent, with new chef compared to reviews pre-new owner. Recommend booking though, it’s gets very full. Lovely sunny terrace for post-skiing beer. Very popular. This is a family hotel: small & friendly. Owner very present and friendly. Good location in centre of village. 5-10 minute walk to lifts, or a (busy) circular bus stops directly outside. Would definitely return if we came back to Andermatt.

For the price we paid, this hotel lacked basic amenities. There was a spa downstairs with a hot tub and sauna. The sauna was hot and great for sore muscles. Unfortunately the hot tub was very old and barely warm. Each room should have robes so you don’t have to walk upstairs with a towel on. There was also no conditioner in the bathroom. The bonus for this hotel is that it included a full breakfast each morning and the beds were comfortable. Another nice touch would be to include water in the room. The town shuttle barely came and was crowded when it did. We had to walk with skis down street to Natschen left and to Gemstock. It would be great if hotel had its own shuttle.

Sosta per pranzo veloce. Abbiamo selezionato questo ristorante per un pranzo con una coppia di amici, hotel si presenta pulito e curato. Ci hanno inserito in una stanza, non in ordine, apparecchiata per la colazione del giorno successivo perché avevamo con noi un cucciolo di cane. Il menu con poche è assai care proposte non ci ha convinti. Abbiamo mangiato una selezione di salumi fa condividere e 4 menu bambino per un totale di 140 euro. Prezzi da rivedere ma personale accogliente.
