Real happy to stay in this hotel. Was perfect. Restaurant was top quality and real kind people. Was recommended by colleagues but did not regret to go. Very nice rooms and very clean. And it's well placed. Will come back !

Very good place for our F2F meeting, Good service, Nice hotel room and a very enjoyable 2 days. The team of PURS took really good care of us, drinks, food, service - absolutely no complaints here. Highly recommendable.

ドイツ鉄道の遅延やチケットトラブルにより途中の駅で突然降ろされ、ホテルを歩いて回ってここに泊まりました。 他のホテルはどこも深夜やっておらず連絡が取れなかったのですが、ここのホテルは0時くらいでしたが電話に出てくれて、急遽宿泊させてもらえました。 一人の宿泊で二万円ほどでしたが、とても広くて四人くらい泊まりそうです。とても清潔でオシャレなホテルで、当座のホテルとしては贅沢すぎるほど素敵なホテルでした。 深夜にもかかわらず丁寧な対応をしてくれたフロントには頭が上がりません。 朝食もフリーで場所もライン川に近くて駅からも近く、立地も良いです。 1600年からあるホテルらしくて、日本食レストランなんかも併設されていました。 とてもオススメです。

Wir haben für ein Konzert in der Burg Namedy hier übernachtet. Es fällt an vielen kleinen Details auf, dass hier wirklich mit Liebe und gastorientiert geplant und eingerichtet wurde. Das Zimmer war großzügig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten waren hervorragend, es war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit vielen frischen, aber auch warmen Komponenten. Schön, dass immer kleine Mengen frisch angeboten werden und aufmerksam immer wieder nachgefüllt wurden. Besonders schön war die kleine Begrüßungsgabe auf dem Zimmer, zwei kleine Stücke Bienenstich! Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich die wirklich herzliche und ehrlich freundliche Art der Servicedamen am Empfang. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Zeer smaakvol ingericht chique hotel met fijne werknemers, een prima ontbijt en royale kamers. Badkamer is erg mooi, bedden slapen prima. Voor het eerst in 6 jaar death Feast hadden we dit hotel ipv de concurrent: hoewel de prijs hoger was per nacht, merkte je dat in kwaliteit. Goed gelegen in het centrum ook

Ein wirklich außerordentlich tolles Hotel mit einem tollen Team. Die Freundlichkeit, das Zuvorkommen und die Hilfsbereitschaft waren mehr als exzellent. Ganz besonderen Dank an Frau Hartmann, Frau Müller und Kevin. Danke für Alles. Es gibt nichts, aber auch wirklich nichts zu meckern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hier hat es an nichts gefehlt. Große Zimmer mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Bequeme Betten. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team. Wir waren überwältig von dem hervorragenden Service und der Freundlichkeit. Selbst für unseren Hund wurde durch Körbchen, Futter etc. gesorgt. Allergien wurden beachtet und das 4 Gang Menü war köstlich.
