Expensive but very dated hotel, check in staff were unmotivated, no greeting, minimal interaction, one of them were doing her make up at the desk, it seemed very unprofessional. Room size was acceptable, we requested twin beds and didn’t realise the second bed was a pullout couch converted, and it was uncomfortable. Pillows and blankets had a funky smell.. if not because we had to stay in the area, we would not chose this place.

nice hotel with a clean modern room standard restaurant with ok food unfortunately this hotel is badly let down by its lack of staff we waited at reception for 15 minutes to book in before anyone appeared the restaurant was even worse we waited an hour and a half for our food to arrive the staff are working flat out so cannot be blamed, purely an issue with poor management wouldn't book here again

Very clean neat and comfortable stay. Breakfast is also good. For the price point. Breakfast restaurant has a good view. Quick checkout available. The bedding is very comfortable. Coffee machine in suite is very nice. Macdonald on the side

The best thing about staying at a Premium Inn is that it is always good. Comfort, cleanliness, politeness are always good and the fact that the window coverings in the room are a great bonus as the keep out a high % of sunlight in the morning. When I do use the dining facilities, I always enjoy the experience and the food is prepared and presented well

Room was not very clean, lots of dust, mould around windows & bathroom door, there was water & hair left in the sink. Toilet seat was wobbly, No atmosphere in bar, appeared not fully open & not all amenities advertised were actually available, very limited menu options.

We arrived after midnight to a warm friendly welcome from Trish. After a very long drive this was welcomed. Trish was the perfect team member with a bright smile. Check in was quick and our room is lovely and clean and big for a family room. Plenty of parking at this site too.

Great base for a family trip. Lovely friendly staff, who helped us out with restaurant deals to ensure we got best value. Wasn't to busy just nice and we were able to have a section to ourselves as we were a big group. Rooms as expected, clean and top ups for room drinks available in reception area.
