Welcome to your 2 story home away from home! (lower level is rented separately, with separate entrance. Shared garage.) The house is located just blocks from bunker hills park, trails and wave pool! Shopping, groceries and restaurants are located just a quick 5 minute drive away. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace in winter months, garage parking, separate bathrooms and private laundry all located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The Space- MAIN LEVEL: -Living Room -Dining Room -Full Kitchen -1/2 Bath -Office with desk + chair + reading chair - 4th Bedroom (QUEEN Bed) + Closet -Laundry room -Garage entrance UPPER LEVEL: -Primary Bedroom (KING Bed) + 3/4 Bathroom + Walk in closet -Full Bathroom -2nd Bedroom (QUEEN Bed) + Closet -3rd Bedroom (FULL Bed) + Closet Garage: 2 garage stalls and 2 driveway spots can be used (total of 4 cars - street parking is available) There are more bedrooms in the house that will be locked during your stay. Guest access You will enter through the main garage stall and have access to two garage stalls and 2 spots in the driveway. *note* the garage and driveway is shared with lower unit guests, they use the 3rd stall. Other things to note ***PLEASE READ*** - The basement is rented out also - guests for the LL use the 3rd stall and have a private entrance through the 3rd stall. We do ask that you have quiet hours 10pm-8am and be respectful of the guests below. It is rare that you hear the guests downstairs, although it is a possibility. - During winter months, there are shovels and salt provided for snowstorms.
