床單被罩掉白毛球，粘了一身，溝通後説是可以換床單被罩，難道不溝通就不換了嗎，酒店不應該一客一換嗎，衞生一般，説是特價房，環境差。環境要想好需要加錢換房子。換的房子像新裝修的，裝修味道大

途徑安多縣訂的一家酒店，優點：付費升級了豪華房後，房間裏面的製氧機挺好用，大讚。房間是新裝修的，所以很新也挺乾淨，房間裏也有空調，晚上也不冷。缺點:一開始訂的房間，牆體都是隔斷的木板，一點都不隔音，剛進去洗手間，鎖壞了，還把我鎖了進去，無語，然後老闆説加錢可以升級房型就換房了。換了房間後，新裝修的房間有裝修的味道，房間裏很悶。洗臉池的水龍頭水量特別小，冷水熱水都非常小，不知道什麼原因。最後再説一個不太滿意的，前台的服務人員應該是老闆娘吧，感覺老闆娘當天不太高興，一副愛搭不理的樣子，從我們辦理入住，到吃完飯回酒店都是如此。大廳的老闆就很熱情，很會做生意。自己同樣也是做服務行業的，我覺得開門做生意，前台的服務人員至少微笑服務是要的吧，希望有所改善。

我們預訂的三人間，房間很大，衞生很好，提供有氧氣，附近有很多吃的，離路邊比較遠，不會很吵，停車也很方便。

太差勁了，連個一次性拖鞋都沒有，環境真是臟亂差從來都沒有住過那麼差的酒店，勸大家一定不要去住了還不如一般的賓館

這個酒店服務周到，環境優雅，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全 ，讓人無比的舒心，非常具有性價比，房間有氧氣，住着比較舒服，沒有高反，值得推薦

一般吧，不過在安多這個地方估計酒店都差不多，房間氧氣製氧約等於無，説是住客太多不好用，還好前台送了一罐便攜裝氧氣。房間地毯都是直接鋪的沒有粘，容易不小心摔跤，老年人謹慎入住
