注意供暖免費，供氧是是要收費的，***態度冷漠！不提供就不要説是供曖供氧的所謂豪華／之類廣告啦……！進去房間的枕頭泛黃有異味，但很快給換了，還不錯！

避雷這家吧，誰住誰後悔，原因如下：1門鎖漏縫2衞生間晾衣服的架子都掉了3淋浴設備簡陋，臟亂差4沒有門把手5平台標註有空調，實際沒有空調，但是還按照有空調的價格，與前台協商，服務態度差，説：要不你就換別家住。還拿三江源等其他酒店比較，説他們的房間便宜，可是檔次就在這，我並沒有要求你三百的房間跟人家四五百的房間比較，但是最起碼不能騙人，平台上標註的設施都應該有吧，如果沒有你就學學其他酒店標註沒有，這不是**嗎！！！6平台標註有電熱毯，結果電熱毯插頭都掰彎了不能用7衞生間存水，洗澡水一點也流不下去，換了個房間還是存水，維修師傅修了一個多小時還沒好，五點入住到八點還沒修好房間，果斷退房！！

酒店性價比不高，各方麪條件都很一般。非常差的一次入住體驗，入藏快20天，這家是最差的，沒有之一。首先房間沒電視，wifi也沒有，找酒店人能了幾次也沒有搞好。然後洗澡🛁的熱水器澡沒洗完水就變冷了，廁所還積水，因為排水口比較高，所以排不了水，洗澡完了像水池一樣，然後找酒店拿了把掃把，每次洗完掃水。窗簾也不摭光，一大早很刺耳。我和酒店反映希望升級一間房給我們，但對方表示需要補差價，最後沒換。太差勁了👎這服務和硬件。

這家服務很貼心，熱情地幫忙拿行李上樓，熱水24小時都有，氧氣免費使用，室內廊道都有暖氣 ，床上還有電熱毯。店內的服務很有人情味，我的充電寶忘拿了，打了電話他們就無償幫我郵寄回來！特別感謝！

房間乾淨整潔，還帶供養設備，晚上睡覺。不懼高反，好評！安多地處青藏線中部，海拔4600多。能住到帶供氧設備的乾淨衞生酒店，非常安心。
