可以稱之為江西民宿天花板，各個方面都比同價位的酒店好太多了。酒店裝修很新，設施齊全，周邊環境優美，服務人員熱情周到，尤其是那個保安大哥，每次碰到都會笑嘻嘻的跟你打招呼，很親切，早餐也不錯。來安福的小夥伴如果選擇在山下住宿千萬不要錯過這家民宿。

大家都來看看，看到我這條評論千萬別來住這個民宿！！！！我就是那種經常住4星以上酒店，****突然想體驗一下民宿，順便説下這家民宿價格也不低，過來就送兩瓶最小最小的礦泉水（一點也不大方）不過這點不是我要噴他們的點，重點是這個衞生真的垃圾的要死，傢俱都是那種看上去好像很好看，但是不能細看的那種，細看都很劣質，比如那個智能馬桶，你人還沒蹲下去就開始給你沖水，屁屁喜提一屁股廁所水，然後那個浴缸 輕的我可以單手擰起😮質感不是差的一點半點，然後發黴等等的問題就不用説了，**的，房間上佈滿臭蟲是什麼鬼，我的媽呀，我就應該聽我老公的話老老實實去住温泉酒店，我真的是有那個大病，非要定這個酒店吧自己氣夠嗆！還有那個自助早餐真的不要把人笑死， 兩個自熱鍋裝點剩菜剩飯就是自助早餐了，**活那麼大沒吃過這麼難吃的早餐！！一個字絕！你們如果愛來住當我沒説

早餐不行，東西都是涼的，衹有豆漿，包子，稀飯，都涼的，房間還可以，服務得跟上，感覺服務沒跟上，跟上就值那個房價，服務跟不上，房價虛高

説實話我都懶得給這民宿評價，去之前就看見有評價説有個服務員態度差，沒想到還讓我給趕上了，又橫又拽，披散個頭發，肩上披個衣服，雙手插兜，説話不禮貌，跟客人嘿！嘿！的喊客人，不會説你好嗎……跟別人欠她一樣，我來這是玩兒的，不是來看她臉色的。
還有個保安整天用不懷好意的眼神看別人，看起來就不老實，他們倆合該是一家子，簡直絕配！
環境：實話實説環境還是不錯的
衞生：不太好，床單上各種毛髮，馬桶圈是壞的，洗澡下水道是堵住的，入住前沒有人檢修，等我們住進去以後發現了，又給我説幫我來修
就這兩個人留在店裡吃完出問題，老闆不開除留着他們在店裡過年嗎。
不知道是這女人去經理那投訴我了，還是怎麼滴，真覺得她腦子裡有水，民宿劉經理知道了過來給我們聊表歉意，本打算就這樣了不給評價了，可是跟那女人生完氣，氣的頭暈血壓高，越想越生氣，簡直就是個不可理喻的瘋女人，我敢説老闆絕不知道她有多狐假虎威

乾淨衞生，安靜舒適的正規管理的民宿。特別感謝的是在準備開車離開時，查房服務員跑出來攔住還給我們遺留在房內的手機，減少了我們很多麻煩事。説明該民宿管理有方，員工職業素養高，值得住客放心信任，有機會仍會選該品牌民宿的。
