I requested for ground floor rooms as the 4 of us are old and can't walk up the stairs. They gave 2 rooms on the ground floor and 2 rooms on the 3rd floor and not even 2nd floor. When asked for a change of rooms they were reluctant and didn't give us a proper answer. Eventually we told the reception to change the 2 3rd floor rooms to ground floor as soon as it's available and we were promised. The reception said that the ground floor rooms will be available within the next 2 days. On the 3rd day they were only gave us 1 room in the ground floor and said that the rest are all occupied which is a outright lie coz we know that 4 rooms were vacant on the 3rd day as the we had a chat we those occupants. There's no coordination between staffs and they are not willing to take responsibility. No one gave us a proper answer. One of the lowest ranking I've ever given to a hotel. The rooms are not maintained and the housekeeping doesn't do a good job. They don't refill water bottles. No floor mats. No hand towels or bath towels sometimes. There's a stench in the room and the air-conditioning is bad. Don't ever stay in this hotel.
