The hotel did not provide basic toiletries such as shampoo, soap, and toothpaste, despite these being listed in the booking details. We also found underwear and other clothing left inside the cabinets, which suggests the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. On a positive note, I appreciated that the room included a fridge, microwave oven, and heater. I'm not sure if it's a common experience, but in my opinion, the receptionists were not very approachable.

I believe the edge of this hotel over others are: * Value for money, * Location - Accessible to basic needs - few steps away 7/11, drugstore, Jollibee * Netflix * Fast WIFI * Pleasant staff - nice customer service Pay less, don’t expect more. It is really nice option for a place to stay few hours before your flight departing from CRK airport.
