"Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness ans service were there as expected. I can only advise you to continue this way same if it would be nice to offer some croissants and pains au chocolats at the breakfast… Be sure if I had to come back in here in the future, I’ll come back there ! And I’d recommand certainly your Hôtel."

"Great location as it's located near the Walking Street & Wild Aces poker room. There are plenty of mini-marts near the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly (always greet guests) and diligent in allowing/disallowing 'unknown guests' into or leaving the hotel (for security reasons). There is also affordable laundry service available. It's unfortunate that there was an up-grading in some of the rooms, thus having some noise pollution during the daytime. I noticed that the water source has a strong 'iron/metal smell' which I'm not comfortable with. The housekeeping has done a good job too (well done!)."

"The hotel did not provide basic toiletries such as shampoo, soap, and toothpaste, despite these being listed in the booking details. We also found underwear and other clothing left inside the cabinets, which suggests the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. On a positive note, I appreciated that the room included a fridge, microwave oven, and heater. I'm not sure if it's a common experience, but in my opinion, the receptionists were not very approachable."

"The hotel location is near SM Clark and nearby shops like Watsons and Uncle John. The staff are nice they accommodate our request for early check-in. We availed their Standard Room, it is clean and tidy. I will recommend this hotel for those who wants staycation. Thank you Trip.com for the awesome deals until next booking."

"The room I booked was spacious and nice. There is a limited option for breakfast since the hotel does not have a kitchen. The location is ideal for male solo travelers since it is in the heart of the red district in Balibago. It is close to SM Mall, and the hotel provides a shuttle to bring you closer. I felt slightly uncomfortable with some guests bringing girls from the club. I would recommend it depending on the purpose of the travel, but I went there with my 80+-year-old father, and it was not comfortable for him either."

"Rooms are fkn awesome. Like an apt. but.. like their 2ndt location ABC.. they lack a restaurant/ Pool... They are like 50 feet from walking street tho. Service is amazing like ABC as well... if u don't care about the pool and restaurant... Def book.. McDonald's is like 5 feet away as well lol"
