Escape from the city to Three Pines Farm. The Carriage House is a cozy guest house located in the Pineywoods of East Texas. This is the downstairs sister to our Pink Door Guest Haus. Along with great views, we have a country feel, but we are only 6 miles from town. We are located near Lufkin, Nacogdoches and Lake Sam Rayburn. Have a cup of coffee or an evening cocktail in the rockers on the pier. Our ducks and pond residents will charm you. Relax and enjoy all this area has to offer.About pets:Pets allowed.We require a $50 pet fee.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.We have a pack n play, changing pad, toys, books.About customRules:Please only flush toilet paper as our septic system cannot digest other items..About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 23.About events:No events allowed.

Fast communication with owners. Clean location — Had everything we needed. We loved visiting feeding the ducks, fish and turtles — such a fun addition. Would book here again!

Super cute
It was a little hard to find but well worth it. Once you were on the property, it was beautiful. We had two precious ducks greet us. We later went to the pond to feed them and the turtles. It was clean and cute. Perfect place to stay.

Great stay in spacious property
Everything was great with the property. Easy check-in and quick communication with owner. The living area, kitchen, and bedrooms were very spacious for our party of 3 adults and 2 small dogs. The single bathroom is large and has two sinks w/ mirrors. The pond with gazebo is a nice touch. We enjoyed feeding the ducks and walking the dogs around the pond.

Guys deer camp weekend
We are new to a deer lease near here and this is the perfect place for us to stay - especially when the wives come- they prefer the comforts of home- and heck who are we kidding- so do us guys!

Peaceful property

Just like the Pink Door on the opposite side of the building, this rental is cute and clean! The owner is very helpful. The setting is pretty and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Wedding
Place was awesome and very clean. Was bigger than I thought it was going to b honestly! Host communication was quick and very nice. The duck greeting was an extra enjoyment for my daughter!
