From the front desk until the restaurant, the impression was of really welcome. Congrats to all staff and personnel, unfortunately I don’t remember their names but, they are really impressive. They are really happy to do their job. Hard to find in our days. Bravo! The rest is epic. Clean, full of facilities and the view complete the scene. But the staff is a joy!

Excellent location. You can check the waves from your bedroom. You can walk everywhere from the place. Very friendly staff. Great support from the maintenance people. Food this year was disappointing (mainly salads with mixes of leftovers), used to be better.

HEUREUSEMENT que le club est positionné dans un endroit magique, la chambre d’amour! Beaucoup de petit point négatif qui détériore la qualité de notre séjour : la restauration qui est suffisante, le couchage qui propose de l’inconfort par le système d’éclairage non-accessible ainsi que des menuiseries compliquées à manipuler ainsi qu’un service ménage inexistant alors que dans d’autres Belambra le propose automatiquement. Je ne recommande pas ce club pour passer un séjour au pays basque, passer par Airbnb ou d’autres hôtels. Bon courage !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Chambre face à l'océan, cuisine excellente, activités pour toute la famille, personnel très agréable (merci à tous), localisation idéale. A savoir : Toilettes petites, literie un peu dure à notre goût. Nous reviendrons.

Superbe emplacement qui permet de se balader dans le secteur sans reprendre la voiture ( Biarritz à 20mîn à pied ) et une longue balade de 4km aller, le long de la plage pour courir ou marcher, piscine et plage. Déposer ses enfants et partir tranquille, mon fils de 5ans et demi a tout de suite intégré son groupe emmené par Scott leur animateur. Et ma fille de 20 mois a aussi passé de belles journées avec beaucoup de bienveillance et pleins de nouveaux jouets! Pour une maman s’ est déposer sa charge mentale en arrivant et ne la récupérer qu’au bout d une semaine. À refaire

vue sur la mer merveilleuse. l'hebergement est récent avec des services parfaits. Le personnel est au petit soin. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et la demie pension excellente. les plats sont toujours renouvellés et de très bonne qualité

Le club enfants, la restauration, l'animation et surtout la vue sur l'océan ont rendus notre séjour très agréable. Les piscines et l'océan à quelques mètres, les balades en zone piétonne, tout est la de des vacances réussie en famille. L'animation de Belandra au top pour tout les âges.
