A very quirky and original place to stay with a military theme. This converted farm is the place to stay if you are visiting the beaches and memorials of D-Day. The "barracks" rooms were very comfortable (don't worry, it's not like a real barracks!) with good bathrooms. Great continental breakfast in "the mess", we were staying in the low season, so it's B&B only, but only a short drive to Sainte-Mère-Église . Friendly and helpful owner who has filled the place with lots of memorabilia, some of it found on site. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing. The bedrooms are comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. Charles is so accommodating. This is the best place we stayed in Normandie. The gardens and immediate surroundings are beautiful. We stayed in the main building.

Had an excellent experience staying here with my friends while touring the Normandy area. The owner was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. The owner also showed us his collection of artifacts recovered on his property which was very cool. I would absolutely stay at Domaine Airborne if I visited Normandy again.

The location is amazing. Right in the middle of all of the action. If you love WW2 and/or airborne troops, this is the place for you. Service was great! Breakfast was ample and fresh, really good way to start your day. Would recommend staying here to all. An added bonus for our staying was contracting the owner as a guide. He had wonderful stories and very knowledgeable in regards to all of the action.

Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenage girls stayed at Domaine Airborne in Feb 2024, in order to visit the Normandy D-day landing sites located nearby. Staying at Domaine Airborne is like stepping back in time to the 1940s. Every aspect of the accommodation / property has been lovingly restored to reflect the wartime style. Charles is an excellent and knowledgable guide, and his jeep tour was certainly a highlight! There are so many world war 2 sites to visit nearby, our only disappointment was that our itinerary didn’t allow us to stay for longer and continue the immersive experience.

This is a gem of a spot. Perfect location. Nicest people who run this. We had a great all day tour with the owner as well. Clean and comfortable and the area is stunningly beautiful! You are in the midst of the Normandy story!

Great place to stay for a visit to the D Day Beaches and Airborne sites. Close to Utah and Omaha and with great access to the N13 main road for travel to Cherbourg and Caen. The effort put into the rooms and site for an authentic experience is great. The owners were lovely people as well. Highly recommend

Since I saw its site I decided I had to stay there. It's located in the countryside near Agoville-au-Plain and not really far (20' driving maximum time) from each historical site of Cotentin peninsula and just around the corner of Agoville church and d-day experience museum. Full of WW2 memorabilia you will find completely submerged in its amazing atmosphere. The rooms, named barracks or HQ (always remembering the 101st training camp) are cozy, quiet and clean. At breakfast you will taste either sweet or salted delights and juices. I really loved the time past speaking about the things done the day before with the owner. Of course I will suggest the Domaine to anyone visiting the D-day beaches and all the other historical sites.
