優點:客棧離茶馬古道景區大約500米的距離，酒店門口就是鹿野仙蹤，可以喂小動物，但是門票50，還可以騎馬，也是另外收費。停車方便，房間乾淨整潔，有迎賓水果、零食、飲料，4瓶礦泉水。晚上在草坪上有音樂會，喜歡唱歌的可以一展歌喉。不足:早餐品種不多，開放時間有點短，餐廳座位不夠多。房間沒有全身鏡，洗漱台沒有安裝可伸縮的化粧鏡，對近視眼不友好。
另外要感謝客棧送的小禮物:防曬口罩和毛巾小熊。

第一次到茶馬古道來，選的這家酒店雖然有點貴，但是人家貴有貴的道理啊，他整個環境啊呃服務衞生都非常的好！拍照也是非常的出片，有時間的話可以多住兩天，在這裏感受一下心情，人都好多了。
衞生：很乾凈，不錯。
環境：環境超級好，很安逸，週末來這度假休息，整個人心情都非常愉悦。看上去就非常高大上檔次，室外還有草地音樂節啊，嗯，鞦韆椅呀，這種可以玩的。衹不過就是這次去沒有趕上音樂節的好時候。
服務：服務態度超級好。前台的小姐姐又好看，又温柔，服務還好！！！
設施：所有設施都非常的新，很不錯，不過應是剛裝修開業沒多久，唯一的缺點就是還有一點牆壁那個新裝修的味道。甲醛吧？

酒店還算比較漂亮，但是感覺沒做好五一節的應對，一些服務和吃飯這些跟不上。不過小朋友們非常喜歡海洋球的場地，每天要去玩很久。

還可以吧，茶馬古道第一站旅遊區周邊最好的酒店了。儘管如此，希望在酒店細節上多下點功夫，把芒果台的品質也更多發揮出來！

推薦親子遊玩，住宿風格很不錯，景區環境不錯，特別是小孩喜歡，這裏服務是家的感覺，決對性價比很好，特別感謝餐廳的工作人員幫忙加工食物，期待下次再見

在攜程上看到芒果山鄉客棧的評價不錯，就毫不猶豫地選擇了它，果然沒有讓我們失望。客棧的環境非常安靜，晚上睡眠質量超好。房間的衞生狀況無可挑剔，洗漱用品也準備得很齊全。餐廳的飯菜味道很棒，食材新鮮，都是當地的特色菜品。此外，客棧的路途可以深切感受當地民風，去各個茶馬古道景點都比較方便。非常感謝客棧全體工作人員的熱情款待，讓我們在安化度過了一段愉快的時光。下次一定會帶朋友一起來的！看着大家在這裏墾地種菜，挑水施肥，真的有種穿越的感覺。非常治癒和靜心
