第一次入住服務還可以，是我本人辦的入住，迷你吧有小冰箱挺滿意，吃不完的蛋糕放了也不會壞。
第二次入住發現沒有冰箱了，每日咖啡也不給？不喝也不會補嗎？不是包括房費裏的嗎？這次是別人代辦入住，給了最裡頭一間房，沒有第一次住的採光好，也相對空間小。
設施：整體和四星定位有差距，第一次入住水龍頭漏水，地磚都沒貼完，水池位置也歪，淋浴間門縫漏水，裝修這樣也能驗收。
衞生：一般，第一次住地面有蒼蠅，第二次住水池下水不行，這是剛開的酒店。地面有污漬。
環境：地庫比較臟，地面停車方便。
早飯：中等
服務：第二次入住晚上回酒店，服務員都圍在前台説話，沒有給顧客打招呼的，和第一次入住是相反。
投屏有問題，需要重啟電視，連接麻煩，甚至連接不上。
位置：離市中心有點距離，周邊吃飯的地方少。
健身房：器械很少，而且是二手跑步機。

2025年新開的酒店，位於淮海北路，鹽洛高速下了高速七八分鐘就到，離宿州科技館、美術館、新汴河風景區、三角洲生態公園非常近，交通很方便。酒店前面有很多停車位充足◇有充電樁可以充電。
前台很熱情，需求都能及時迴應。
硬件設施不錯，早餐營業到10點，服務人員很熱情，種類可以滿足日常需求。

來考試的，下車剛進酒店就覺得不錯，酒店管家很熱情，有什麼問題直接問就可以，房間設備也非常齊全，棉簽都有準備，比平常住的酒店好太多了，在房間裏一點也不吵。早餐非常豐盛。需求也全部滿足了🥰，前台小姐姐温柔漂亮，考慮的非常周到，下次有機會來虛線肯定還會支持的！！！🙋♀️🙋♀️

新酒店，裝修風格温馨，硬件設施中規中矩，中央空調，大屏液晶電視，冰箱，衞浴設施不錯，符合酒店評級。床品舒服，就是被子有點厚，晚上睡覺有點熱。早餐菜品乾淨豐富，餐廳温馨整潔，餐廳張文經理服務熱情，為我們入住期間的感受增色不少，非常感謝。
