Shell Hotel (Guogou Plaza, Dongchang Road, Suzhou)

I booked a double room, but they offered to change it to a superior twin room. It turned out to be an ordinary standard room, which was slightly cheaper than a double room. The bathroom is extremely small, the partition is just a curtain, the shower head is only small, and water sprays everywhere. The washbasin was not clean and the disposable supplies provided were of very poor quality. It was the worst hotel toothbrush I have ever used. The two beds were pushed together, and there were cigarette butts and condom bags under the bed. The trash can is too small, so you can't just throw it away before it's full. There's not enough toilet paper to wipe your mouth with when you're eating, and it's all toilet paper, no toilet paper.

老，舊，臟。開鐘點房就是為了洗個澡，跟前台説了是來洗澡，希望安排方便一點的房間，結果花灑這個樣子，太過分了。馬桶和水槽看起來都黃黃的。毛巾有一條是臟的。送的飲用水是沒聽説過的品牌。第一次見過這麼差的快捷酒店。
