It is a lovely hotel, impeccably clean, good bed. The staff is very friendly and works really hard. Head of the cleaning team is an angel. She goes above and beyond. We stayed for two nights and had dinner in the restaurant twice. Excellent! Breakfast was also great. It’s nice that many things are environmentally friendly and bio. This hotel is ideal for travellers with an electric car as there are several Tesla superchargers as well as other chargers on the parking lot. Near to Salzburg. When we are in the neighbourhood again we will definitely stay here.

We stayed one night at the Kaiserhof for a birthday party. It is a nice hotel with unfortunately very few parking spaces, since the hotel has opted for electromobility on a large scale. So there were many Teslas for rent. The staff is nice and tried hard, not very attentive at breakfast. It was also a little strange that the maids were waiting in a seating area in the hallway when we left and had apparently also gotten breakfast from the buffet. The room was clean and practically furnished. Instead of the large TV and a Dyson hair dryer, you should have paid more attention to the mattresses, which were much too soft. What was also not clear is what "Bel Etage" means here - we had booked this category, but whether it was really the first floor where we had a room... you don't know

I recently stayed with friends at this hotel to participate in the Salzburg city marathon with them. I must say very nice and welcoming hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Good quality breakfast .... only one flaw at dinner we found that the strudel had been undercooked while the meat we ate in certain pieces was overcooked however Really delicious accompanying bread and potatoes. Apart from these points I can therefore recommend this hotel for an Austrian holiday in Salzburg. Another positive note is the proximity to the bus stop

Super schoon en goed hotel. Inbegrepen ontbijt bij de prijs in en goede keuken voor een avond maaltijd. De kamer was wel erg warm zonder airco , gelukkig dachten ze wel mee aan het warme weer (30 graden) brachten ze een ventilator naar de kamer. Goed en aardig personeel

Das Frühstück läßt keine Wünsche offen und ist an sich schon Grund genug wieder zu kommen. Das Team ist zuvorkommend aber nie aufdringlich. Es ist als ob man sich schon lange kennen würde. Ich fühlte mich sofort wohl. Immer gerne wieder.

davvero pessimo, lo staff molto scortese, la camera per quattro persone era minuscula tanto che non c’era abbastanza spazio per aprire le valigie ed era rovinata e poco pulita, tanto che mi son uscite delle macchie rosse su un lato del viso a causa degli acari presenti nel cuscino probabilmente. inoltre non presenta l’ascensore e per questo abbiamo dovuto fare tre piani con le valigie, semplicemente un incubo.

Hotel bello, appena ristrutturato (il primo piano, il resto lo stanno mettendo a posto). Bagno molto bello. Camera molto piccola per essere una quadrupla, ci si muove a stento. Colazione ottima con tutti prodotti bio. Posizione comoda in posto tranquillo per visitare Salisburgo
