We stayed for one week as a family, and it truly felt like a special time. While every trip comes with its little ups and downs, what really stood out to us and what we’ll definitely remember were the people who made us feel welcomed, seen, and taken care of. Honestly, I just have to say we were incredibly lucky to have Joanna at pool bar and Anna, the lifeguard, around us. Joanna wasn’t just mixing drinks she was lifting the whole mood. Her energy, her smile, and the way she remembered everyone’s favorite drink made us feel like we were regulars from day one. You could tell she genuinely cared, and that makes all the difference. And Anna? Total pro. Calm, focused, but also super approachable. Knowing she was watching over everything gave us real peace of mind. Both of them brought something extra to the whole experience. You don’t always remember the cocktails or the sunbeds you remember the people who made you feel good. And they absolutely did. If we could point out just one thing that could be improved, it would be the lack of restroom facilities at Fontana bar. Especially for families with children, having access to nearby toilets would make things much more convenient. However, our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. We had everything we needed from space to relax to a nice balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Housekeeping was consistent and friendly, which made us feel truly looked after. As for the main restaurant, the food was varied, fresh, and tasty every day. There was something for everyone even the picky eaters in our group found favorites quickly! We especially appreciated the themed nights and the local dishes, which gave us a real taste of the region.
