We moved to this hotel after staying 3 days in the Minos Imperial luxury beach resort which was hell on earth, the previous hotel should of been 5 star luxury but this hotel the Mitsis super exceeds it hands down on every level, cleanliness, facilities, service, quality and choice if food, location absolutely in every way. Highly recommend the Mitsis group they definitely go above and beyond. Stay here you won’t be disappointed

Very happy with our stay there. This is the second time we visit a Mitsis hotel and, based on our experience, we would love to come back to this chain. The Mitsis Cretan Village felt indeed like a small, traditional village. Although it was full, it never felt overcrowded, there was always space around the swimming pools and the beach. Plenty of space for plenty of activities. One can party or relax there, depending on their wish! This is something I appreciated lot! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our flight was in the evening and although we had planned to visit Heraklion on that day, we decided to enjoy the day at the resort. The reservations department was very kind to help us with a late check-out in another room. Thanks a lot for the experience, Mitsis Cretan Village!

This hotel made our holiday - it is an incredible place. It's very clean and well kept, the rooms are a good size and have everything you could need in them. The cleaners come and restock the fridges every other day which is great and towels etc are refreshed everyday. The staff there couldn't have been friendlier, always on hand to talk to you or play a game or two in the recreational area. The ladies who run the on site shops were so kind and helpful. They were definitely favourites of ours, always going out of their way to help us anyway they could. The waiters and barstaff again were incredibly friendly and creative with drinks. Popi at the pool bar was so lovely and kind. The pools are so much fun, with something for everyone and the beach is gorgeous, it's a more rocky beach than sandy, but that was perfect for us. Honestly everything about our stay was perfect. My one and only gripe would be that I have a nut allergy, and found frequently the restaurant hadn't labelled the foods and there was a lot of cross contamination. Luckily I'm not severely allergic so whilst it gave me some mild reactions, it wasn't too severe. But that would be my one and only "issue", it didn't take anything away from the hotel for us though.

We had a great time at Mitsis Cretan Village, the room was spacious and very tidy. special shout out to the wonderful Marcone and his animation team, and Nagy at the Milos Pool bar. Everyone was very welcoming and made the trip! Thank you everyone :)

I have stay with my two boys and two other families 5 days at this hotel. All in all it has been nice. However the room booking has been rather messy. We arrived in 3 persons to be hosted in a room for two. When requested another room they brought us a child bed and not even extra towels. If you think that my youngest son is 17 years old you imagine the inconvenience . After insisting a lot and wasting 1,5 days we were moved to a bigger room with proper beds. There is a lot of room for improvement at handling the room booking. Having said this, the hotel is very nice. The food very good and the maitre at the restaurant adorable. He was super helpful trying to find a table for us that in total were 12 people every evening. During our stay it was the birthday of my son and he helped us to arrange a cake for him. A really profesional and dedicated man. Also remarkable the animation team. I generally don’t like so much these things but this time they were really good, service minded and funny. Specially Karol very profesional in her job at making everyone feel at home and welcome. Also Ines helpful with the sports classes.

I had a fantastic 6 days stay at Mitsis Cretan village with my sister. The room is clean and tidied everyday. The staff were polite and helpful everytime. I asked for extension at the reception and and it was not an issue. The food is amazing and well seasoned. The staffs in the kitchen were always keeping things clean and replenishing everytime. Overall, it was a great experience here in Crete. I will be using Mitsis in other places.

Review: Excellent Service, Great Food, and Family-Friendly Stay I recently stayed at Mitsis Cretan Village and was impressed by the outstanding service. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Our room was exceptionally clean, making for a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that the whole family enjoyed. This place is perfect for family holidays, with plenty of activities for kids and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, family-friendly environment with great service and food. We can't wait to return!

This hotel has the loveliest friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. It’s kept spotless throughout, the rooms are very comfortable and the mini bar in the fridge was a bonus. Loved both al a carte restaurants and there was plenty of choices in the main one. Plenty of sun beds and the pools were great. Lovely walk along the front to the little chapel and you can get the daily bus into Agias Nikalas. A very relaxing holiday and will definitely go back.
