We stayed at the Annabelle for 4 nights. The hotel was clean, the service extremely friendly. Bar staff especially, nothing was too much trouble. The food was good, lots of fresh fruits and salads, perfect for the hot weather.

Spa session with Nikolas. 80 minutes of peace of mind. Great techniques and fully avare of customer needs. I recommand the cretan massage with the renewal package. Cosmetics proposed were local and smell beautififul. Happy to get them home.

I had a wonderful experience at the spa! The massage by Semina was truly exceptional – relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed to unwind. She has a great touch and really knows how to create a calming atmosphere. Pavlos at the reception was also fantastic – very polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. The whole spa is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and offers a high level of service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality spa experience!

We enjoyed our holiday at the Annabelle Beach. The food was nice enough for an AI and we always found plenty to eat. The deserts were really good. The pool bar food was very good. The drinks were Ok but stick to rose at mealtimes, the red is awful. The room is dated but clean and quiet. The staff were hardworking , friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds are lovely with plenty of sun beds for everyone. We really enjoyed our holiday and would return.

I’ve never had cause to complain about a hotel stay until now. This hotel is rated as 5* by the Greek tourist authority. Therefore you pay the highest rate of Climate Resilience Tax of 15 euros per night which goes directly to the Greek government and is payable on arrival. This hotel is nowhere near 5* nor is it close to the 4* rating given to it by Jet2. Food - self service buffet. The hot options are lukewarm at best and similar to what you would get in a works canteen. Entertainment - No professional shows or live music as advertised by Jet2. Mainly consisted of the French animation playing loud music from a laptop or bingo. Rooms - Similar to a UK Travelodge but with a 1970’s hairdryer in bathroom. Pools - two pools with adequate amount of subbed. Bars - Pool bar and beach bar both close at 6pm (despite hotel and Jet2 advertising that the beach bar would be open in the evenings) Main lobby bar open 6pm - midnight (also not as advertised by hotel and Jet2) General upkeep and cleanliness - Very poor. Gardens are unkempt, floors and surfaces throughout the hotel show no sign if any of being cleaned. Spa - Very overpriced. Felt pressured by one male member of staff to sit and right a positive trip advisor review. Treatments were ok.

Expires was amazing. Spa was great!! Pawlos is number 1 .It was so much relaxing and professional ! Staff in hotel is super friendly and really helpful. Me and my wife had too take medical help and nurse doctors was just amazing. I recommend this place to anyone
