The first thing I want to say is that the staff, especially the front desk gentleman is very friendly and professional. He added me to a WeChat group and answered all questions I had. The location is tucked away in the mountains which adds to its appeal. The room was very clean and tidy. Even the bathroom drain was clean! The bed was so comfy, I could sleep for 48 hours if I was allowed. The facilities were new and very well maintained. The chef and maintenance staff were very welcoming. My kids had a blast in the pool, which was very clean. The whole environment was clean, relaxing and serene. Would definitely be going back there
