這次入住最驚喜的就是這裏的服務，真正讓我有了一種“賓至如歸”的感覺。從入住前管家的主動聯繫，到抵達時奉上的一杯特色白茶，每個細節都無可挑剔。主理人更是無時無刻提醒我們有需要就找她，貼心到了極點。雖然偶爾能看到一兩衹小飛蟲（山區難免），但完全無法掩蓋服務帶來的温暖。強烈推薦給看重服務品質的朋友！其次，房間的整體設計從進門到入户都很有格調，非常適合打卡。唯一遺憾的是我們來的這兩天都下雨，無法外出遊玩。

設施：全屋智能設備、凈水系統、還有投影儀，房間面積很寬敞，還有個超大的大陽台！2米的大床🛏️很適合躺平！
衞生：乾淨整潔清爽！洗護用品不錯👍軟毛牙刷好用、帶回家了 🤩
環境：靠近雲上草原！民宿旁邊有小溪、有泳池，聽老闆説泳池裡的水也是山上下來的山泉水！衹可惜太涼了不敢下水 ！整體是我愛的裝修🥰
服務：小哥哥很熱情❤️人還沒到就拿着雨傘在門口等着，有温度有細節！㊗️生意興隆

是這幾年來住過最有人文關懷的民宿，老闆娘會提前加微信進行溝通，推薦美食和附近遊玩的地方，在知道有孕婦的情況下能從贈送的果盤和服務方面給到更佳的支持，晚上也會提供夜宵，臨走時會送上伴手禮。整家民宿在環境，服務和舒適度上幾乎無可挑剔，是來安吉還會繼續入住的家一般的民宿，很期待冬天的圍爐煮茶和泡湯，希望店家越辦越好。

家庭出遊度假的不二選擇，酒店坐落在山林裏，一眼望出去風景迷人，內部環境衞生都非常到位，停車方便，開車出去10分鐘就能到鎮子上，吃喝也方便。除了可以在酒店躺平，也可以去周邊遊玩，漂流和雲上草原都是駕車15分鐘就能到的，值得推薦！

環境很好 地理位置方便 提供的一次性用品很齊全質量也很好 非常適合團建或者帶寶寶出行 離店老闆娘還很貼心的送了伴手禮房間視野很開闊 有投影儀 有什麼要求或者幫助店裡麪也會盡量滿足幫忙 有電車充電樁 床墊很軟很舒服 是榻榻米 然後枕頭也有不同軟硬程度的可以選擇 房間是雙台盆 早上洗漱也很節約時間 桌球桌麻將室還有健身器材一應俱全

服務很好，和爸媽弟弟還有兒子一起來的～住了兩晚，總體感覺都很好，環境裝修，下午飲料點心，還有外面的小樹屋，聖誕小屋寫，兒子都爬進去玩了玩，開心得很～大人也拍了不少照片
