Good buffet, nice place and friendly staff

It’s a quite good and enjoyable journey! Kid was so happy! And thanks Ms. Cindy a lot. She helped us a lot and gave a lot suggestions about the 3-day journey! We really appreciated what she did for us! Everything was perfect! Thank you so much!

Relaxing weekend away, large room with amazing view. Extensive grounds and sports facilities. Dinner was OK - good that there are also Western, Japanese, and Cantonese restaurants along with a tea house seperate from the hotel that offer more choice (about 15min walk or golf-buggy to get there.) Breakfast has a very good choice, lacking only in decent juice and coffee. The pool was operated well, with non-swimming kids beimg asked to use the splash pool rather than blocking the main lanes. Service mostly friendly and helpful throughout, special appreciation to Cindy for warm welcome, room upgrade & late checkout, and to the lifeguard who helped me improve my swimming. Improved training of F&B staff would be an area where more could be done. Overall, highly recommended - no need to book the 'all inclusive' rate in advance - this can be added on-site if needed (600 per day for adult, 450 for child)

Our family had an incredible time at Club Med Resort Anji. A standout highlight was the exceptional service provided by Jackie, who helped us arrange everything seamlessly, from children's activities to restaurant reservations. The customer service was exceptional, even surprising us with a room upgrade and delightful gifts for our child. The resort's environment was both clean and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere for families. The facilities were outstanding, offering a variety of options such as a swimming pool, beach access, soft play areas, and outdoor activities. We were truly impressed by the diverse culinary offerings, featuring delicious Chinese and Western cuisine choices. Furthermore, the gym and yoga facilities were of high quality, contributing to our overall well-being during the stay. Summing it up, Club Med Resort Anji proved to be an excellent choice for families seeking a memorable vacation. We highly recommend it for a wonderful family-friendly experience.

It was our first time to go to Club Med Anji, but we had a really great time with the amazing GO staff Jackie. Our room and the facilities were clean, food was delicious, and the view was excellent. Special thanks to Jackie who took care of us all the time that made us want to go to the village she goes next. We really thanks for the hotel’s hospitality and happy to know that in Club Med it’s not “goodbye” but “see you again”. We strongly recommend Club Med Anji!

My husband and I had the most incredible vacation experience at Club Med Anji. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality by our lovely GO friend Jackie. The resort's stunning location surrounded by picturesque landscapes left us in awe. The lobby staff wearing pink at Club Med Anji went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist us with any request. Big thanks to Jackie, her genuine care and dedication created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like part of the Club Med family. One of the highlights of our stay was the Bar team taking good care of our anniversary with personalized attention, I cannot forget to mention Fitz from the bar team, whose exceptional service added an extra touch of warmth to our stay. Having been to various Club Med resorts, I have encountered many talented staff, but Anji team truly stood out. Last but not the least we really enjoy the lovely conversation with Hotel manager Jarod and Leisure manager Kevin. Thank you all for such relaxing and enjoyable days! We certainly will be back!!
