Hotel is big and clean. Staff are so friendly. Especially hotel manager Carlos , Xiao helped us . He speaks good English. He helped to get good food at restaurant and also suggested good places for visiting. Views from hotel are spectacular! Restaurant manager also very helpful . I highly recommend this hotel for foreigners.

We arrived the hotel in Labor day golden week holidays. We arrived late, hotel manager Carlos Xiao helped checked on us and helped by coordinating with restaurant manager to order and once we arrived collected from front desk. Carlos speaks good English and helped at the hotel. The hotel is very clean right next to the water canal and close to the Bamboo Expo park. Though it was a busy season, the hotel staff is polite and kept the resort clean.

環境確實不錯，坐落在公園中，空氣清新，環境幽靜。酒店服務也很到位，遇到的每一位員工都很熱情，離店時還送了一份精美禮品。同時離店後酒店發現我們有衣服遺落在房間裏，及時電話聯繫我，並通過順豐寄送給我們。確實是一次舒心的入住，給旅途增加了一份美好的回憶。

有迎接的下午水果和麪包，沒怎麼吃但是很細節，房間乾淨無異味，就是排氣扇好像有點小，好在房間通風很好，沒有異味，早餐中西餐都有，7點到10點，可以睡個懶覺再去吃，酒店隔壁就是竹博園，環境很好，空氣清新，周圍都是草坪，花草樹木，還有湖，有天鵝，悠哉悠哉度個假，早上會有小鳥叫你起床哦，閑適自在。提前聯繫的餘芬芬小姐姐有問必答，提供了很多幫助，對了，跟早餐煮麪的小姐姐道個歉，習慣了開口就喊了阿姨給我煮個麪，對不起，人家是小姐姐，回來了才意識到，抱歉啊

房間面積寬敞舒適，早餐也有當地特色，孩子特別喜歡吃梅乾菜小餅。酒店是園林式酒店綠化很好，有河邊木棧道大草坪。兩棟樓都是三四層的小樓，人員不是很密集。服務人員態度都很友好，客服餘芬芬服務熱情。

房間設施齊全、先進，衞生很好。酒店就像公園，緊鄰竹博園，夠可以在裏面玩一天了。酒店人員特別友好，考慮我們帶了小朋友，給免費升級到了別墅，雖然我訂的套房也非常棒，但臨湖別墅就更願意接受了。最後我忘記帶走的衣服，前台也主動聯繫並幫我寄回家。非常好的體驗……
