酒店就在雲上草原山上，遊玩非常方便。這個樂園分三部分，其中仙俠鎮特別適合晚上遊玩，心跳和高山草原部分白天進行就行。按行程一天也足夠，畢竟高山草原主要是3個滑草和卡丁車遊玩，心跳就玩那些刺激的項目。
入住酒店就玩的舒服些，有專門管家，vip車輛接送，很貼心。酒店還可以安排專車接送3個景點，但景點之間離的很近，體力好的話逛逛都沒問題。入住的房間很有特色，這次是夏天來，下次等到冬天玩玩冰上項目

房間乾淨整潔，管家服務到位，景區的遊樂項目小朋友非常喜歡。推薦去雲上草原住在山上，可以早上第一時間沖出去循環打卡網紅項目並且不用排隊。早上5點酒店還提供觀日出的小車，雖然沒用上，但是非常暖心。小朋友手機丟在接駁車上，打電話問管家，還安排快遞幫忙寄回來，真的很感謝。

提前一天約的暑假週六的房間，其他平台都沒有基礎房給我退款，攜程給我訂到了海王星的主題房間，非常開心。
酒店的服務很好，在山上住一晚上還可以一早錯峯遊，晚上也能美美的拍到沒有人的仙霞鎮。

房間很大很有特色，是小朋友的最愛，酒店就在度假區內，管家Yolo 特別貼心，腳崴了還檢查工作，微信基本秒回，事事有迴應有提醒。工作人員們對於第一次來度假區的友友們非常友好，熱情，在這裏度過了愉快的假期時光。

酒店就在景區中心，非常方便，管家服務相當到位，講得超詳細，中途讓客房再送點水，速度也超快，而且在景區逛不動了管家都可以叫師傅開接駁車來接，管家還幫忙報備無人機，貼心，很多項目也都送了vip通道，很棒了。酒店外觀可能年久了有點舊了，有陽台下面的塗料還是水泥有點掉了，還有房間門看上去有點舊
