服務：從預訂確定後會有專人聯繫所有到店事宜，到達後幫助拿取行李，辦理入住也很快，房間面積雖然不算大，但是乾淨整潔也很温馨，分區做的也很好。工作人員回覆及時，熱情細緻。特別值得一提的是洗護用品是他們這裏自產的，非常好用。
餐飲：民宿本身有一個烘焙西餐廳，也是早餐廳。窯爐麪包非常不錯。早餐分中西式，會提前和客人溝通好。隔壁的村民食堂，物美價廉的小碗菜。位於二樓的“炎”西餐，口味很贊，很有特色，需要提前預約。
周邊：網紅打卡地“白茶觀景平台”和“深藍計劃”都離得不遠。均需門票，門票實際就是咖啡飲品代金券，特地跑一趟沒必要，喜歡拍照攝影的可以去一下。民宿所在的“白茶原”內，涵蓋了鹿園（可零距離投喂），咖啡館，手作館以及白茶周邊產品
總體來説，非常好的一次入住體驗，值得再去。

春節前工作日喜提淡季旅遊。
環境：很特別的一次住宿，去安吉鹿園和白茶觀景台都是絕佳近的位置，很喜歡房間裏中古風的裝修。
服務：服務很貼心，管家幫我們最大限度的爭取到了小福利，整體流程順暢，熱心真誠。
