The housekeeper arrived with a medical kit within 5 minutes, helped treat the wound, took the initiative to help us contact a nearby hospital, and stayed with the child throughout the entire process until he was completely fine. I like it very much. It has a high cost-effectiveness ratio. The folk supporting facilities are good and the food is delicious. The key is that our staff are enthusiastic and well-educated. They are really pet-friendly. They can also help walk the dog for a while when soaking in the hot springs. They are really hardworking. I have always trusted Dalezhiye. I lived in the first phase of Green Gables 5 years ago and had a very good impression. This Spring Festival, I went out with friends and chose Green Gables again. The facilities of the second phase are more complete than those of the first phase. It is well-arranged among the mountains and has a full range of entertainment facilities. It is very suitable for parent-child bonding. I stayed at the Bluebird this time. I was very satisfied with the bedding. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The service was also very good. The housekeeper Tuotuo responded to requests and the others were also very nice. They would prepare small sweet soup every night. It was a pleasant trip. I will choose Dalezhiye next time.

This is my first and last visit to this hotel. The overall experience and service were actually very good, but after staying here for one night, I experienced my first allergy in my life. I took a nap in the hotel on the first afternoon, and when I woke up I felt a little itchy. I didn’t think it was a problem with the bedding at the time, but the bedding was indeed rough and not very soft and comfortable. After waking up the next morning, the itching symptoms continued to worsen. By the evening, it was getting more and more severe and I could not sit still. My family members also showed related symptoms. After communicating with the hotel’s customer service staff, I immediately went to the hospital for emergency treatment. After a check-up, it was found that I had an allergy. The doctor prescribed medicine and an injection. I have doubts about the hygiene quality of the hotel's bedding. The customer service attitude was very good, as if they were replying like a robot, but it can also be said that they had no sense of responsibility at all. I was speechless and too lazy to argue, so I'll give you a bad review!
