I have always wanted to stay in the Wilderness of Paradise, so I brought my puppy here this time. Although it was the rainy season, I was afraid that the weather would be too hot in July and the puppy would not be able to bear outdoor activities, so I chose to go at the end of June. When you arrive, you first go to the front desk to check in, and then the staff will drive a shuttle bus to the door of the room and help with luggage. Every staff member is very enthusiastic. The housekeeper Hong Lian is very responsible. If you have anything to do, just tell her in the group. No need to make a phone call (I really don’t like making phone calls). The puppy cannot enter the restaurant, so dinner is delivered directly to the living room, which is great! It's delicious. It's much better than asking to eat outside the hotel the next day at a farmhouse. It's not expensive either.

Facilities: The room is unexpectedly large, very spacious, the toilet in the bathroom is smart, the bathtub is also very large, hot water is always available, and disposable bathtub bags are also provided. Hygiene: Very clean. It was rainy when I went there, and I was worried about mosquitoes, but the room was very clean and there were no mosquitoes disturbing me when I slept at night. Environment: Great, I live here for the natural environment, with a panoramic view. Service: The exclusive butler Honglian is great. If you have any questions, you can leave a message in the group. It is very considerate and gave the children gifts when I left. Thank you. Dining: The restaurant with its own food tastes very good, and there is also sweet soup in the evening.

Service🔔: I left Shanghai after get off work on Friday and arrived at the hotel in less than three hours. As soon as I parked the car, several young ladies were very enthusiastic to help with the luggage and check in. They also prepared Tremella soup and asked us if we wanted instant noodles. I stayed for two nights and felt that the service was too good! A few days before check-in, I communicated with the needs of hot spring bathing and ordering meals through phone and WeChat. I also took the initiative to inform some small matters. Any needs were responded to quickly in a few days. It was very comfortable but not overly enthusiastic. The air conditioner in the room was already turned on when I checked in that day. When I was taking a hot spring bath, I was provided with pick-up and drop-off. Fruits and tea were also prepared. I didn't want to eat breakfast in the restaurant the next day, so I wanted to ask for help to deliver some breakfast. Then the lady came in the rain and delivered two large bags of food in a short time. There was sweet soup every night. On the first day, it was Tremella soup, and on the second day, it was rice wine dumplings. The warm and unpretentious attitude really made people feel comfortable. Food🍜: The meals here were all great. The breakfast was exquisite and the ingredients were fresh. The main dishes were large and were seasoned with the ingredients themselves. The fruits, hot spring baths and tea in the room were also great. It was a super happy and relaxing journey. Everything exceeded expectations. I am looking forward to trying other room types next time😂 If you have to find faults (purely personal opinion)~ 1. The bed may have been used for a long time, and the sound of getting on and off the bed was a little loud. 2. I looked for the self-service vending machine for a long time, but it was empty. 3. The chairs on the terrace were a little dirty.
