Michelle’s Garden La Vie en Rose is truly a peaceful oasis in Anjuna, away from the dreaded techno music bass sounds. I spent eight nights there and had absolutely no problems. My room was comfortable with a garden view, the free breakfast was varied, delicious and filling, the breakfast area was delightful, the in-room wifi was strong and very reliable, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and Michelle was a wonderful host. I am hoping to return there once again.

This is one of the best guesthouses that we have ever stayed at. Extremely helpful and kind owner + staff. It's a real gem. Anjuna Beach has become nosier over the years... but this guesthouse is like a hidden oasis - and surprisingly quiet and calm. Furthermore, the breakfast area is adorable. And the cats and dogs just add to the charm. Highly recommendable.

As I woke up at home this morning, I realised that I'm not at this pretty place anymore. Sometimes these homes away from home make us feel so special. And such was this beautiful café and bed & breakfast we stayed at in Anjuna, Goa Michele's Garden cafe. Surrounded by so much greenery, this place was so peaceful and tranquil. Loved every bit of it including the beautiful people. The owner Michele, is such a warm person. She owns about 5-7 pets including cats and dogs. So, if you are an animal lover then it's a bonus for you. There are 3 types of rooms available here. 1. Tree House (Non-AC) 2. Glass door rooms (AC rooms) 3. Basic AC rooms We stayed at the green house and had a separate balcony to ourselves. We enjoyed our own time sipping on tea/coffee over our personal chit chats. Even though we visited in the month of April, we did not feel the need of AC as the place is very cool due to all the greenery around. The staff is very helpful and cordial. You can book the rooms well in advance through all the major hotel booking sites. It is about 10 minutes walking distance from the Anjuna Beach and is surrounded by some nice cafes and restaurants. They do not provide food other than breakfasts. The location is peaceful and away from the hustle bustle.

Beautiful property to stay! Stayed in the orange room and it was treat to stay in there. Thank you, Michelle! Never got a chance to meet you but you definately have the best taste when it comes to decor. The cats and the dogs are adorable and beautiful.
