This is a review for which I wasn’t able to stay but I am sharing my personal experience during the ordeal of checkin. Hostel have cancelled my booking for which I haven’t received any notification from the booking site, this can be a technical glitch which I understand. After reaching, the receptionist asked me to cancel the booking and told me that they will accommodate in offline manner. After that, he simply couldn’t for entire stay duration. Again I can understand that it can be human error. Worst thing was the behavior of the receptionist, arrogant and calling a customer a liar repeatedly. It seems that pretending too much cool in this hostel made them forget how to behave with a customer. I am not your friend, I am a customer who deserves respect. I guess that’s what they should have learned in hospitality management classes. Around 20:00 o’clock, we left with no option to stay there and end up staying at somewhere else. It was stressful situation to find a place to stay.
