had an awful experience at Moustache Luxuria Goa. My laptop was stolen straight from my room, and to make things worse, the management was completely unhelpful and dismissive. I expected at least some concern or cooperation, but instead, I was met with shocking rudeness and arrogance from Varun, who introduced himself as the Vice President of the property. Even the Directors of property are not responsive. Rather than assisting me in resolving the issue or showing any empathy, Varun seemed more interested in protecting the property’s image and online reviews than actually helping a guest who had just been robbed. He was unprofessional, defensive, and went out of his way to sabotage the situation instead of taking it seriously. This was a major violation of safety and trust, and I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. If something goes wrong, don’t expect help—just damage control and gaslighting. Stay away
