酒店各方面都還不錯，床鋪軟軟的很舒服，但是依舊有不到位的地方：電視機的液晶屏也不知道被哪位客官弄碎的，牀頭櫃下邊放一次性拖鞋的木板也脱落於釘子下邊，牆角的角線也沒了。我很想知道酒店的老闆難道都不知道這些麼？愣是將就呢。

提前訂了2間豪華大床房，下午到的安康，給我的房子，其中1間是普通大床房，本來想着房間小就小點了。下午出去逛完回來，廁所味道滿屋子都是，找前台處理，前台沒有啥方案，態度很差，説五一期間沒法換房，説是找個阿姨上去噴點空氣清新劑，連句道歉也沒有，我就問起房型給的不對，前台死不承認，我就問你商家在平台上上傳的照片，和我實際住的照片一點不相符，不退差價不道歉也就罷了，明明就是普通大床房還非説是豪華大床房，真是頭一回見到這麼厚着臉死不承認的。我也衹好平台投訴+差評給這家店了！以後招的前台好好熟悉熟悉酒店規則吧！
