1.老舊樓房改造而成的酒店，電梯等基礎設施較差，樓層空間狹窄；
2.洗漱用品質量較差，床單被套竟然還有破洞；
3.早餐還算可以，匹配這個價位；
4.房間太冷，空調也不給力，始終達不到預設温度
5.酒店工作人員較少，而且態度冷漠。

我來陝西玩了半個月了，歷經多個城市，我住了很多酒店，從來都衹給別人好評，這是第一次給差評。理由一，我買了含早的房間，結果沒早餐吃的。理由二，我當時買的時候大床房和雙床單價格差不多的，我買的是貴的，後面到了之後發現雙床房靠馬路的，我嫌吵，讓換一個，剛開始説價格不一樣。後面我説我可以補差價，當時已經凌晨一點半了，説別的房間不多了，不想給我們，説取消訂單。理由三，很多網友評論的垃圾停車場，真的很差，當然唯一點個讚的就是停車場保安一點了還在值班。理由四，中午12點沒到就讓退房，超時就要加錢，全國這麼多個城市第一次見到。

不能説差。衹能説很差。
帶孩子去酒店洗澡，空調開了20多分鐘，房間衹能説不冷，根本不暖和，更別説熱了。
熱水，就衹能説是有，大人洗澡也就衹能將就洗澡，給孩子洗澡完全不夠熱。
最主要的是訂酒店之前，已經電話明確告知前台，我是帶孩子去洗澡的，你們熱水可以嗎？，前台説我們熱水沒問題，我們是新酒店，所有設定都很不錯。
最差的一次酒店體驗，沒有之一。

酒店位置比較好找，門口和後院都可以停車，環境整體乾淨整潔，前台服務員主動幫忙提行李，大廳有水吧，附近有個吾悦廣場，定了3間房有2間空調都不製冷，後來又換的房間！

1.停車場很小，需要停在人家的汽修廠，不方便；
2.小朋友拿着一個綠松石在大廳丟了，查個監控都不肯配合；
3.兩大一小想加一床被子都不給；
4.早餐量很少，9點好多都沒有了，咖啡都沒有。
