The hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by banks, but shopping, eating and drinking places require a taxi. The door is one of the main roads, and there is a bit of traffic jam during peak hours. If you drive there by yourself, be careful to follow the navigation and drive slowly, as it is easy to go wrong.

The hotel is bad. The rooms are smoky. Also, at this hotel, my money was stolen directly from my room. The hotel administration refused to help in finding money. All video recordings were erased and the cameras on the floor were turned off. You are at risk of being robbed while you are having breakfast. I don't recommend it, terrible hotel.

Unacceptable behaviour from Mustafa, front desk Staff was shocking! Mustafa, you let yourself down and your company, you should have been professional and polite. Instead before I opened my mouth, you raised your toned , told me not to go on anymore and shouted at me for looking around. Disgusting, immature, no words can describe. Not an official apology from management, they are arrogant and terrible for not really saying sorry. This is what you get sometimes when you travel solo as a woman, some men think they can treat you in a nasty way to satisfy their horrible ego. What reason do they have to be like the way they are? I was trying to change rooms after not getting sleep for a week, the noise from next room was unbearable. Kutay did try to accommodate me and promised that I would be moving to more suitable room. I don't really understand what Mustafa's problem with it all. He had a stinking attitude, he is so uneducated, he does not understand a word of English either. Only thing he is good at taking money, he is SO SO RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, HE ACTED LIKE AN *****. YOU DONOT TREAT YOUR GUESTS THAT WAY, GO AND GET YOURSELF SORTED. Also, I would like to say that the rooms are not comfortable at all, all about trendy look but no consideration to guest's needs, no wardrobe, draws, it is all a struggle. One good thing in that place is BUSE, lovely young Staff works at the coffee shop , she comforted me when Mustafa upset me. I never got angry, kept my grace. If you are a real man, you say sorry, if you can't say sorry, you are being a very low being.

Appalling hotel, dirty, broken, uncomfortable beds and very lumpy massive pillows. Sockets hanging off walls, chipped bathroom fittings & VERY dark (too dark to read at night) Shabby bar with limited food selection. Was scheduled to stay for 8 days but checked out & moved to the Sheraton!

Me and my husband came to Ankara for treatment, during our breakfast someone came into our room and took our money for our treatment. After we went to the reception and call for the police. We found that cameras are not working eclectically on our floor. And clothes was all on the floor. Because videos was deleted and cameras are not working in the hotel, police can not help us. Very bad hotel Workers are really discussed and awful

Although the location is very good and the staff are very nice and helpful I do not recommend this hotel at all. The hotel is in extreme need of renovation and it has a lot of problems You know that feeling of waking up in a hotel room having fully rested because of the comfortable beddings? Well forget about that here! The mattress and the pillows are overused and not comfortable at all! The walls are very thin and you can hear all that’s happening next door like it’s happening in your room! On my first day I found a bug in my room so I asked them to change my room which they did, but again the next day I found another bug. That also added to the discomfort. The rooms are veryyyyy small and there is no light. The walls are very dirty and also there is only one drawer and not enough closet Also there was no fridge in my room so I asked the reception and she said that some rooms have fridges but they don’t actually work! Breakfast is very average, not a lot of options to choose from. WiFi is baaaad (I will add the pictures)

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Quiet environment. Polite and helpful staff. Very affordable price. Great breakfast and nice and comfortable rooms. Staff helped me to find places that I wanted to go. Furthermore, hotel is located in a great place. Near to bus stop and embassies. Room service was absolutely great.

Hotel location is good. However you need to be careful about choosing your room. If it is looking the main street then I am sure it will be difficult to sleep because of the noise. Breakfast is ok and hotel stuff is helpful.
