Especially the management people were very friendly, the food was amazing, the rooms were clean, it was close to everywhere, I think it was a very good hotel and should be preferred, and its price was also very good compared to its competitors and it was a hotel that should be preferred.

I didn't want to give it 1 point because of its caring staff and delicious breakfast, but it is a hotel with serious problems in terms of management... We literally froze everywhere in the hotel except the rooms... We had to sit in the lobby in the evening and while having breakfast in the morning with our coats on. Again, the pool water is too much for a normal person to swim in. It was cold... I don't even want to talk about the fact that the bathrobes in the room were torn and one of the elevators was broken, but in summary I will say that if you are looking for a hotel that is at least as cold as Ankara, you can definitely choose this place!!!

The sheets in the rooms are very dirty and stained. Cleanliness is zero. And not even a pair of slippers. The lamps are partially lit. Staff ***meat was dull. It doesn't deserve the price at all.
