Stayed here for one night and booked with points. It was recently remodeled from a staybridge suites. The hotel is beautifully updated with everything needed. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again. It’s within walking distance to the Sheraton BwI and Westin BWI

Residence Inn BWI hotel is upgraded, clean and you feel comfortable. Home away from home feeling. Free laundry with multiple front loaders. Staff has been accommodating, friendly and helpful. Myra has always welcomed with a smile every time I have visited. She goes above and beyond to help.

what a great property! clean... very nice breakfast and awesome staff, especially Myra at the front desk. only needed to stay for 2 nights but works have been happy to stay longer. so homey! we had a long sodium which was just right for us. only criticism is parking charges when none of the other airport properties charge. but only$10 pet night.

Eric checked me in and was so pleasant when I arrived late. He was super helpful and made my accommodations enjoyable. Maya was there in the morning and was very delightful in helping me arrange for my vehicle and shuttle to the airport. The shuttle driver was also very helpful and made my trip to the airport easy.

I had a wonderful experience at the Residence Inn, and I have to give special thanks to Kenisha and Myra. They are truly outstanding members of the team—always kind, helpful, and going above and beyond to brighten my day. Their positive attitudes made my stay so much more enjoyable. The property itself is recently renovated and very well maintained. The attention to detail in the upkeep is impressive, and it creates a welcoming and comfortable environment. The Wi-Fi is above average, which is a big plus, especially for long-term stays or remote work. The breakfast sandwiches are a nice touch in the mornings, and the location is extremely convenient. Whether you’re staying for business or leisure, everything you need is within easy reach. Overall, this Residence Inn is a fantastic choice for anyone needing a long-term stay. The combination of a great property and exceptional staff like Kenisha and Myra makes it a place I would happily recommend.

Nice new spacious hotel. Staff were very helpful, most especially Jackie and Myra. Jackie helped with group booking and Myra was there to receive us and was a great host throughout . Everyone in the family loved the hotel and the price was good

This is not my first time staying here. I’ve stayed so much that the staff knows me by name. They all are especially friendly especially Ms Myra. I would definitely recommend residence Inn. So if you’re flying out of BWI check them out you will enjoy
