The hotel is overlooking Annecy's lake. At it's front door, it seems like we are way deep in the forest and yet we were barely 10 minutes away from the city. The staff is very sweet and professional. We are travelling with our 1 year old he got cute attention from the team at breakfast. Feeling that the hole family is included is priceless. These 2 nights were welcomed rest and relaxation. Thank you to all the staff members that made this gateway a pleasurable one for us!

Facilities: The room has a coffee machine and a kettle, which is nice Hygiene: Clean Service: Good attitude, but too slow. I told the front desk that the window couldn't be opened, but they didn't come to fix it after more than a day of feedback.

Hotel location is good, 4 minutes walk from the island palace, the room is moderate in size, clean and tidy The room is a river view room, overall good. The only hotel that can check in at 12 o'clock, most foreign hotels can only check in after 3 pm.

It's a 20-minute walk from the old town. It's still a bit far to walk back and forth. There's free parking opposite. It's a decent hotel.

The hotel is not in the old town of Annecy, in the other direction of the bus station, more biased. However, it’s not bad to stroll along the river from the back of the hotel. At check-in, the front desk will be a great place to introduce the famous sights of Annecy and provide a variety of promotional brochures. The early mail greeted the hotel and reserved a room with a balcony. The room was small, but the balcony felt very spacious. The room facilities are too simple and not suitable for families.
