Good hotel very clean, I put 2 on the service because being woken up every hour from 8am by the cleaning ladies to see if there was anyone there I didn't like but otherwise overall it went well

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! Our stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place that overcharges, offers terrible service, and treats guests unfairly, then this is the place for you. First of all, the breakfast was unbelievably bad. Boring, bland, and with almost no choices. You’d expect at least a decent selection, but it felt like they just put out whatever was cheapest. Definitely not worth it. Room service was just as disappointing. We had to ask them to change towels—something that should be standard in any hotel. It felt like they didn’t care at all about providing proper service. But the worst part? They randomly charged our group an extra 100€ just because we were "loud." When we checked in, they told us that extra charges would only apply if we caused damage. We didn’t break anything, yet they still decided to take our money. Completely unfair and unprofessional. Stay away unless you enjoy being ripped off!

Terrible experience! Do not recommend! Today we just left this hotel. Our stay was horrible! From the staff to the rooms to the breakfast. The staff was rude and I was really unsatisfied. The room service was terrible. In fact the room was smelling way worse after they’ve “cleaned” it. The breakfast didn’t even have the basic food like eggs, it only had some second day croissants. Last but not least, they charged us 100€ for noise and damages we did make ourselves. This is unacceptable, I do not recommend. ZERO STARS

Nice hotel with a good location and easy to park very close to your room, the people working there made us feel like at home, listening to all our demands and adapting to every detail needed. Good breakfast and nice environment. Would always recommend it!

Despite some negative reviews I found a very clean hotel with very kind staff. Rooms with all comforts and even a kettle. Breakfast quite rich. I had a less good experience with the restaurant. We were a group with dinner included and the manager had not paid attention to the allergies that we had sent in advance.

We were described as being part of a tour group. They served us horrible coffee and no hot breakfast and the breakfast schedule was from 6 in the morning until 6.30. After that hour you could no longer have breakfast because the other hotel guests came and they were served breakfast as God intended even though our tour paid the corresponding rate. The rooms are very small, there is no bar fridge and the electric jug we had was broken.
